Super Simple Sunday #19

Hi Everybody,

Happy Sunday! I hope each & everyone of you had a peaceful & blessed Thanksgiving spent with family & friends. We had a wonderful time & I even pulled out my "Blessings Box" that I made last year & we enjoyed reading out the blessings that everyone wrote down on their leaf. Some of the blessings where more obvious as to who wrote them like our youngest who wrote on his leaf that he was thankful for Mac-n-Cheese! Too funny...

I've got lots of fun Christmas cards & projects to share with all of you, so buckle up! Hopefully you won't get tired of seeing my videos.

In today's episode, I am using the stamp set called "Contempo Christmas" from Stampin' Up! What a fabulous set & I am going to be putting it to good use. I hope this idea gives you some inspiration & I would love to see all of your card ideas!

Episode 265 ~ Super SImple Sunday #18

Hi Everyone,
Happy Sunday!!! I love Sunday's especially when I get to spend time creating in my craftroom. It was a beautiful day here in New Jersey, so we even got the outdoor christmas decorations put up. Woo-Hoo!
I video taped this and then my camera bleeped and said it was full, so the first 1/2 of this video was deleted by accident. If anyone has any questions, just ask and I will get back to you... I think you will get the gist of it though. It's very simple and I really like the clean lines and simplicity of it.

I hope everyone is having a great week & looking forward to the weekend, I know I am! I have been working really hard on getting caught up on my scrapbooking. Being this far behind really drives me crazy ~
A HUGE thank you goes out to the ever sweet Maureen for sending me all this beauitiful goodness! She sent this GOJUS Webster Pages package afew months agowhen I was recovering from some surgery, what a blessing she is.

Measurements for Pop - Tab Santa Card...

Hi Guys,
  Happy Tuesday... I hope it is a good day for all of you! I wanted to post the measurements for the cute Pop Tab Santa card I posted here on  my blog yesterday as well as on YouTube. A sweet viewer reminded me today, so thank you! I also wanted to post just a picture of the card along with the measurements, but sure enough after I took afew pictures and went to post then, I realized my daughter took the chip out of the camera. Aaarrgghhh!!! Life with having a high school age daughter in a photography class...kids! So, here are the measurements and please refer to yesterday's video if you would like to see the card.

Card Base (black) - 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
Red Layer - 5 1/4 x 4
White strip (torn along the sides) - 2 1/2 x 4
Black mat (smaller) - 3 x 3 1/4
White mat (image) - 2 3/4 x 3

Episode #262 Pop Tab Santa Claus Card

Happy Monday Everyone,
I have been itching to bust out this new & most fabulous stamp set I just recieved in my Stampin' Up! order that just arrived! This is the CUTEST Santa ever!!! I have been wanting to make this adorable card for sometime now & finally got my chance today.
I have saved alot of the tabs off of pop & tea cans & this is the perfect way to use them on a project. Dazzling diamonds is a girls best friend & it all comes together on this card... I hope this gives you some inspiration & you all are having a great week!

Episode #261 ~ My Favorite "Reads"...

Hi Friends,
I hope all is well with each of you... This is not a craft video today, it's a run down of my favorite books that I have read lately! I am a HUGE reader and I am always looking for good books to read, so I thought some of you might be interested in some of the books I have enjoyed. I just recieved a Kindle, so if any of you have one, please share how you like it. I am an "old school" readr & just love books, but they are taking up alot of space on my shelf and the Kindle can provide some money saving as well.
This weekend is our football play-off's, so I am praying for more time to scrap and stamp on the weekends again. Thanks for watching...
