Episode #337 ~ Super Simple Sunday #35 Flower Pick

Happy Sunday Everyone,
  I hope you are all relaxing & enjoying the long weekend with your families & friends. Thank you to all the Veterans that have fought for our freedom & given all the liberties that we sometimes take for granted.
  Here is a quick video of some cute little floral picks that will be going into flower pots that our congregation will be presenting to new members at our church next week.
  I can't wait to make some of these & use one of my Cricut cartridges "Freshly Picked" so I can place them in my little garden. I am sure it's going to be a bumper-crop season, seeing as how we have had so much rain so far. I will try to post some pictures as everything grows & matures, I can't wait to make some homemade salsa with a few of the tomatoes!

Episode #333 ~ *RED ALERT* Major Haulage! Pt.1

Hi Everyone,
  I just wanted to share with all of you the amazing deals I scooped up today at JoAnn's. I am not sure if this is a corporate situation or exclusive to just my store. Long story short, the entire paper crafting section had signs posted on just about everything saying what was on sale for 40-50% Off. I scooped up a lot of goodies only to find out at the check lane, that nothing was ringing up for the sale price. I showed the manager all the posted signs & he about fell over! Non of what I was getting was supposed to be on sale, but because it was posted that way, they needed to grant the advertised price.
  Again, I am not sure what was going on or if an employee at my local store made a mistake, but it might be worth a stop if you have a JoAnn's nearby.
  I will be back tomorrow with some scrapbook page layouts I have been working on & I am hoping to spend the morning crafting.

I received some cute cards from Rashida that I thought I would share with you. Shopping has been like a sport for me lately & I am happy to share some of the fun things that I have found. I am getting closer to being caught up & current in my family scrapbooks, boy will I be glad when I am!
